On the great day of that supper, Jesus assembled the apostles.
I can hear you my dear Savior, calling upon me with great love.
And he fed them in the great Eucharist, his body and his blood.
When you feed me in this supper, given to Angels in heaven.
When you give me your own body, and when you give me your own blood.
To partake freely in this great supper the banquet of the Lord.
I behold you my dear Savior, offered to free me from bondage.
I adore you with my whole heart as the victim and the priest.
You prepare me for the last day at the table of the Lamb.
