and began to wash their feet
saying this example I leave to you

Lord do you wash my feet
Jesus said to him
Yes! If I do not wash you
you can have no part with me

So He came to Peter who said to Him

Now you do not know what I am doing
but later you will understand

have washed your feet
then surely you must wash one another's feet
