God so loved the world

Vernon Eville sets the well-known words from the Gospel of John, chapter three, verse sixteen. This verse, central to Christian belief, speaks of God's immense love and the gift of his Son, offering eternal life to those who believe. Eville's setting for SATB choir captures the profound spiritual message of the text. Sung in English, the music aims to reflect the solemnity and hope inherent in these foundational words, making it suitable for services or concerts that explore themes of faith and salvation.
