"GBEBOWA"

"Gbebọwa" is a reverent Yoruba offertory hymn that speaks directly to the heart of the Eucharistic celebration. The title translates as a plea for God to "Accept our gift" or "Accept our sacrifice," setting a humble tone as the congregation brings their gifts to the altar. The lyrics explicitly mention the bread (akara) and wine (oti waini) being offered, making it an ideal choice for the preparation of the gifts during Mass.
