About Božské Jezulátko
Božské Jezulátko, a devotional song for SA voices, reflects on the divine infant Jesus. The text, sung in Czech, lovingly describes the baby Jesus laid in a manger, wrapped in swaddling clothes, and asks for mercy. It addresses Jesus as a beautiful blossom and the Son of God, seeking forgiveness for transgressions. The final stanza implores Jesus to enter our hearts, find a place there, and remain with us always. This piece offers a tender and intimate meditation on the nativity and its spiritual significance.
