amore langueo.
Qualis est dilectus tuus ex dilecto, o pulcherrima mulierum?
Qualis est dilectus tuus ex dilecto, quia sic adjurasti nos?
Dilectus meus candidus et rubicundus, electus ex milibus.

About Adjuro vos
Sung in Latin, Adjuro vos is a sacred motet for solo soprano and bass. The text is taken from the Song of Songs, a biblical book often interpreted in a spiritual sense as a dialogue between Christ and the soul, or Christ and his Church. The soloist is urged to adjure the daughters of Jerusalem, if they find her beloved, to tell him that she languishes with love. They ask what her beloved is like, that she should adjure them so. She describes him in glowing terms, a beloved chosen from thousands, with hair like palms, eyes like doves, lips like lilies, and a most sweet throat. Her beloved is her friend, and the daughters of Jerusalem ask where he has gone.
