you're my Everything

"You're My Everything" is a deeply personal song of surrender and devotion. Written by Omaye Isaac, the piece builds its message through overlapping vocal entries, creating a swelling chorus of voices that declare Jesus as father, brother, maker, and healer. The music carries a feeling of intimate prayer, moving from quiet acknowledgment to a full, wholehearted offering of self.

In the choir loft, this piece naturally finds its place during the Offertory or as a quiet meditation after Communion. The chorus, with its central cry of "All I have is yours, yours I want to be," gives the congregation a moment to reflect on their own dedication. The bridge section introduces a gentle plea for guidance, making the song not just an act of praise, but a sincere request for God's direction in everyday life.
