Written for four voices, the piece moves with a steady, moderate pacing that builds a deep sense of reverence from the very first measure. Repeating the word seven times carries a biblical sense of completeness and perfection, making it a highly fitting seal to the consecration. The harmony shifts gently beneath the melody, giving each repetition its own distinct color and weight.
