PEACE PERFECT PEACE

"Peace Perfect Peace" is a beloved hymn of comfort, often sung when a congregation faces times of sorrow, uncertainty, or loss. The text looks at the many trials of life—a dark world, pressing duties, surging sorrows, and even the shadow of death—and answers each fear with the reassuring presence of Jesus.

In the choir loft, this piece is frequently chosen for funerals, memorial Masses, or during moments of deep reflection and prayer. Its simple, steady structure allows the vocal harmonies to carry the weight of the message, bringing a profound sense of calm to the church. The solfa notation provided here makes it straightforward for choirs to learn and sing a cappella, letting the gentle words minister directly to weary hearts.
