OBONG TUA NNYIN MBOM

"Obong Tua Nnyin Mbom" is a gentle, earnest setting of the Kyrie in Efik, bringing the traditional plea for mercy into the heart of the Penitential Rite. When the choir leads this piece, the repetition of "Obong tua nnyin mbom" and "Christ tua nnyin mbom" creates a deeply reflective atmosphere in the church.
