As day breaks, the sun creates a beautiful garden with flowers and greenery, only for Giovannelli's music to extinguish its glory by shrouding the hill in mist. Nature, overwhelmed, finally yields. The interplay of the five voices captures the drama and elegance of this Renaissance secular work, with its intricate polyphony and expressive harmonies reflecting the poetic narrative.
