Domine salvam fac by Simon Biazeck — Lyrics
Domine, salvam fac reginam nostram Elisabeth, et exaudi nos in die, qua invocaverimus te.
About Domine salvam fac
This setting of the Latin text Domine salvam fac was composed by Simon Biazeck. The words are a plea for the salvation of Queen Elisabeth, and for divine assistance when invoked. For SATB choir, this motet is suitable for occasions of state, or for any service where a sovereign or dignitary is present. Its sacred Latin text offers a solemn and resonant setting for a choir looking for a piece to affirm loyalty and seek divine favour.
