AMAZING LOVE!

This sheet brings together two distinct pieces for the choir, offering a joyful song of thanksgiving alongside a gentle prayer for the presentation of gifts. The first piece, "Amazing Love!", is an upbeat and lively declaration of faith. With its bright melody, it works wonderfully during Communion or as a post-Communion thanksgiving hymn. The lyrics speak of Christ as our shield and hiding place, inviting the soul to leap and sing in praise for His constant presence through sickness and storm.

The second piece on the score, "O Take and Sanctify," shifts the mood to the Offertory. It is a straightforward, humble petition asking God to receive the bread and wine brought to the altar. The choir sings a simple prayer for the Lord to purify the gifts for His use and to bless the congregation in return.

Having both of these solfa pieces on hand gives a choir director solid, accessible options for Sunday Mass. The melodies are easy for the voices to pick up, making them great choices for keeping the liturgy moving smoothly during the procession of gifts and the communion procession.
