Angelis suis by Kathryn Rose — Lyrics
Angelis suis Deus mandavit de te: ut custodiant te in omnibus viis tuis.

About Angelis suis
This setting of Psalm 90:11-12 comes from the sacred choral repertoire. It is scored for SATB choir and sung in Latin. The text, which speaks of God commanding his angels to guard and protect his faithful, offers a message of divine reassurance. Kathryn Rose’s music reflects the comforting and hopeful nature of these words, making it suitable for services or concerts where themes of protection and spiritual guidance are appropriate. The rich harmonies of the SATB voicing will allow for a full and resonant sound, ideal for conveying the solemnity and peace inherent in the text.
