Alleluia 2026

The fervent Alleluia text is sung in Lithuanian, a language whose rich phonetic qualities lend themselves beautifully to choral expression. This setting for SATB voices offers a moment of pure, unadulterated praise. Composer Mariano Garau crafts a sacred work that allows the resonant harmonies of a full choir to swell and recede, mirroring the spiritual uplift of the word itself. The music is designed to be both accessible for a choir and profoundly moving for the listener, capturing the exultant spirit inherent in the exclamatory title. It is a potent affirmation of faith, delivered through the timeless medium of choral song.
