all praise and glory by E. Sympson — Lyrics
About all praise and glory
"All Praise and Glory" is a vibrant, majestic choral piece that calls the congregation to lift their voices in thanksgiving. Opening with a bright, vigorous declaration from the upper voices, the song immediately establishes a mood of joyful reverence. The lower voices then take up the call, inviting every nation to recognize the Mighty King who rules both heaven and earth.
This piece works wonderfully as a grand anthem of praise or a recessional hymn during festive Masses. The arrangement builds from its separated voice parts into a full, resounding chorus of "Alleluia" and "Amen." For a choir, the alternating sections provide a great opportunity to showcase the distinct textures of the sopranos and altos before the tenors and basses respond, culminating in a unified, powerful finale.
